Our Management Team
Sharn has been planning, negotiating and buying advertising space for more than 30 years. During this time she has held board director roles and international director roles at London agencies, including BMPDDB Needham and the OMD Network. Some highlights were running and organically growing the Gillette portfolio for the UK & Ireland across 10 years, for launching Vanish and Finish in the UK and strategically planning the launch of the Apple iPod across Europe.
In 2004, Sharn left corporate media to set up an independent media consultancy, one of her clients was The ComFederation. Due to numerous client new business wins for them, she was invited to join and merge her clients, swiftly becoming Managing Director, eventually selling her share holding.
Her vision so start her own media agency in the Cotswolds, Prime Media Agency was realised in 2012.
Sharn has developed and nurtures long standing relationships with all the main media owners across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia, North and South America, covering TV, radio, print, outdoor and online.
Sharn is a double Gold Cannes Media Lion award winner for her work in launching the iPod across Europe and the launch of the Duracell Ultra M3 battery in the UK.
With nearly 20 years’ experience within the media industry Stacey has gained a vast and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the advertising business – from a UK, European and International perspective.
Stacey has held senior management roles at Sky, Discovery Networks and Disney overseeing all aspects of the broadcast arena from cross media advertising, programme acquisition, sponsorship, licensing and broadcast regulation.
As Pan European Account Manager for Disney, Stacey was responsible for planning, negotiating and managing multi media campaigns across 33 countries, regularly traveling to different territories gaining invaluable experience of the trading dynamics and valuable personal relationships in various markets.
Jumping the fence into agency land Stacey has developed her media planning and buying expertise managing several high-profile accounts including Spinmaster Toys, growing their business through the planning and execution of a cross media strategy, majoring on TV, to the 14+ brands they advertise today. Another interesting account was Silverstone where Stacey devised the strategy and executed multi media campaigns to promote high profile events, including the Grand Prix.
Joining Prime Media Agency in its first year, Stacey applies her wealth of media experience across all platforms and continues to nurture her long-standing relationships with all the major media owners both locally and globally. As an expert within the Scandinavian and LATAM markets Stacey is key to developing strategies for these geographies.
Charlotte is our Direct Response expert. She specialises in developing media solutions that will maximize ROI and aid the delivery of a client’s commercial goals. She has over 20 years’ media agency experience to board level, planning and buying across TV, Press, Radio and Out of Home. The majority of her experience has been in DRTV, which she enhanced by setting up and running performance units for two independent London media agencies. These teams were responsible for planning and buying ROI focused campaigns, as well as optimising them through in depth analysis. Charlotte’s has worked with clients across many sectors in the UK including Legal Services, Financial Services, Grey Market, Charity, Music, Home/Garden, Dating and FMCG. She headed up the teams that successfully launched Experian Credit Expert and USwitch onto TV in the UK and increased Macmillan fundraising performance three fold.
Nikki joined Prime Media Agency in 2016 to account manage a major new business win, looking to raise brand awareness from scratch and grow sales.
Nikki has over 15 years of media buying, planning and selling experience.
She initially worked as a TV planner / buyer at AMV and then PHD, where clients included Sainsbury’s and Cow & Gate. She then moved on to O&M The Network, then MindShare to work across IBM, Bupa and Argos. Nikki was responsible for all the planning, buying, reviewing and competitive / market analysis for these clients.
From TV she progressed to work in Radio. She worked as an Account Director for Global Radio (formerly Chrysalis Radio). Here she was responsible for a large portfolio of both agencies and clients. She managed and negotiated strategic solutions across airtime sales, sponsorship, events and cross media platform campaigns as well as negotiating agency deals. Nikki was Sales Director of Classic FM, which was her last corporate role.
Piotr has 20 years of international media and marketing experience across all of Europe. Piotr started as a buyer on P&G at Starcom Warsaw and quickly became Media Manager, running the planning for P&G Baltics. As part of his time there, Piotr was responsible for all strategic planning and buying negotiations for Fiat and Coca Cola. At OMD International Piotr coordinated the Gillette account and expanded his role into International Research and Consumer Insights Manager. From here Piotr went to MEC as Account Director on VISA for CEMEA region. Piotr has also worked with key operators in the gaming sector. PartyGaming, bwin, GalaCoral and more, across marketing, Business Development, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence. Most recently in 2015/2016 he spent 1 year in Asia on Data Analytics & Business Intelligence projects with major operator in Asia – Mansion Group / Opus.Piotr has also worked client-side developing integrated marketing solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. As well as Native Polish and fluent English, Piotr speaks basic Russian.
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. He has worked in many industries, from City banks (Chase Manhattan, BCCI and Citi Bank) , to insurance (Swiss re, M&G, and Prudential), from the music industry (EMI and Universal) to Patents (CPA Global) and many, many more.
Mark has built a bespoke Media Planning and Buying Engine for PMA which feeds data into various industry platforms, including Caria. He is responsible for providing support for all our Media Systems.
